La presidenta del Sistema DIF, Lucy de Gatt\u00e1s, y el alcalde de Victoria, Eduardo Gatt\u00e1s B\u00e1ez, presidieron la ceremonia de clausura en la cancha Enrique Borja, donde entregaron premio de primer lugar a los equipos, femenil y varonil, de la Secundaria Rafael Ram\u00edrez.<\/p>\n
\u201cEn Victoria seguiremos promoviendo acciones que fortalezcan la uni\u00f3n, porque solo unidos se construye una ciudad con futuro\u201d expres\u00f3 Lucy de Gatt\u00e1s al agradecer la participaci\u00f3n de 20 instituciones educativas y 40 patrocinadores en el torneo Fut-7.<\/p>\n
En su mensaje, Gatt\u00e1s B\u00e1ez asegur\u00f3 que fomentar la convivencia entre la juventud es el mejor triunfo para el gobierno de la Capital y Coraz\u00f3n de Tamaulipas, \u201cporque, cuando se compite con el coraz\u00f3n, se impulsa la esperanza de tener una sociedad m\u00e1s unida\u201d.<\/p>\n
